Interviews in Colima and Manzanillo

We began our first round of interviews for the year (July to July since that is when we arrived and will leave). As always it was fun to see the missionaries and get a chance to visit with them.

While President Wagner conducts the official interview with the missionary, I like to do some kind of training with his/her companion and the rest of the district as well. This way if we have an interview that runs long the missionaries are not wasting their time.

This round turned out a little like centers in grade school. Our daughter, Kathryn, who is is serving a church service mission here, met with each companionship to go over planning and then each individual to go over language study. I met with the rest of the district for health and a mini spiritual lesson. Then for those who either came early or just had to wait, we also had a coloring station for a Book of Mormon timeline. And we had cookies.

So--we had a story center, a coloring center, and a cookie center--along with our training.:-) All in the cultural hall.

Here are some pictures I took while there. I apologize HUGELY to the first two districts. I forgot to take your pictures before you left! So sorry. I promise to get you next time!

And from Colima . . .
